As Water Kefir needs to be kept chilled at all times, we use carefully selected insulated packaging to protect it during transit. These are double lined recyclable and compostable boxes. We have partnered with UPS, who understand the importance of maintaining the cool temperature of our product and of not shaking the bottles!!
Nordic Water Kefir is a LIVE product and if shaken, will bubble up and fizz over upon opening. Please transfer your Water Kefir to the fridge immediately on receipt and let it settle for an hour before drinking it.

Our standard Postage and Packaging options (Mainland UK Only), are as follows:
We despatch orders the next day after you've placed the order, by midnight the day before. E.G. To receive your Water Kefir by end of Wednesday, you should have placed your order by midnight Monday.
If you wish to have a Saturday delivery, there is a £5.00 Surcharge (reflecting the surcharge from our carrier). You can choose which day you would like delivery by using our handy calendar on the website on checkout. Once you have placed your order, and we have despatched into UPS care, UPS will keep you informed regarding delivery times by email/text.
IMPORTANT PLEASE: To ensure efficient and speedy processing of your order, during the on-line ordering process, please make sure that you;
If UPS are unable to deliver to your specified delivery address, for any reason, they will contact you to make other arrangements on the telephone number or email you have provided.
If there are any circumstances beyond our control that prevent delivery on the selected day e.g. vehicle breakdown or other catastrophe, we will deliver the next possible working day (Tuesday to Friday).
UK EXCLUDED DELIVERY POSTCODES:
Please notify us by email, email@example.com, if there are any errors in your order or there is something you are not happy with, as soon as you become aware of it. I hope you will understand, we can only consider complaints from customers who have followed our guidance and have refrigerated the bottles immediately on receipt and not shaken the bottles. Ultimately, we want you to be as ecstatic about our product and service as we are and we will do our utmost to ensure this is the case. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the services and will inform you of that suspension in writing.
Any refunds will be processed within 14 days or credit notes will be issued within two working days. If you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact our customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org
